Louisiana Towing System (LTS) is a towing software company that has specialized in towing and wrecker business management and dispatch solutions since 1994. Based in Louisiana, LTS provides comprehensive business management software designed exclusively for towing companies by towing companies. The company serves towing operations of all sizes throughout Louisiana and is used by the majority of Louisiana towing companies, including many SIS and T.R.P.L. board members. LTS is the only towing software in Louisiana that can send and receive ORSVs (Official Report of Stored Vehicle) to and from the ORSV server, automatically filling in owner and lien holder information, printing ORSVs, first notices, and letter books. The software includes integrated modules for dispatch logging, accounts receivable, storage tracking, pick-up/drop-off invoicing, truck/unit tracking, accounting reports, time keeping, driver productivity reports, maintenance, trend analysis, sales analysis, and impound management. Features include VinDecoder with integrated CARFAX, Google Maps with directions sent directly to drivers' or email, employee tracking, security settings, expense tracking, barcode printing, and the ability to store up to eight pictures per vehicle. Average training time is one hour, and the company provides support seven days a week.
