Vehicles with three or more delinquent parking, red-light camera, or speed camera violations are subject to booting and towing. The authority operates two impoundment lots: Lot 10 at 6 E. Oregon Avenue and Lot 6 at 4701 Bath Street, with extended hours including weekend availability. The Bureau of Administrative Adjudication at 913 Filbert Street handles expedited hearings and payment plan arrangements weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Fees include a $150 boot removal fee, $175 tow fee, and $25 daily storage fee plus 25% for vehicles under 11,000 pounds. Vehicles not claimed within 21 days are sold at online public auction.
